It will take place in Torrevieja city (Alicante) - SPAIN,
the INTERNATIONAL CHOIR MEETING 'CITY OF TORREVIEJA' which gathers
choirs together from all over the woeld in this beautiful mediterranean
place. This meeting is not a competition and it consists of various
concerts in the most important places of Torrevieja, where the
participating choirs offer their best repertorie.
At the same time we hold a meeting among conductors, which is the fifth
edition, where the participating choirs´conductors express their
opinion and debate about the present situation in the international
coral world. In last editions choirs from all over our nation have
participated and a lot of choirs from countries like "Paraguay,
Bolivia, Belgium, United Kindong, Italy, Russia, Bulgaria, Colombia,
Germany, Ukranie, Poland, Mexico, Venezuela....)
This Meeting is organizated by "Francisco Vallejos Choir" from
Torrevieja, and it is sponsored by the Torrevieja Council with
"Patronato Municipal del Certamen Internacional de Habaneras y
Polifonia".
The organization is in charge of accommodation and meal expenses during the Meeting.
The organization is going to do a selection among all the applications.
